Descriptions

Intro to Yoga: Never tried yoga before? This is the class for you. You will be introduced to basic poses, the importance of breath and the meaning of yoga.

Yoga Stretch: This class is designed for those desiring a less vigorous practice. The class will help you maintain and improve overall flexibility, strength, stamina and balance.

Basic: Appropriate for new and experienced practitioners desiring a basic flowing class incorporating sun salutations, asana and breath work.

Mixed: This class will offer options for relatively fit beginners to advanced practitioners who want to further their practice. Some experience is helpful but not required. Basic postures, breath work, arm balances and inversions offered.

Intermediate: This class offers a dynamic and energetic form of vinyasa flow based on the Ashtanga style of yoga. More intricate sequencing, arm balances, and inversions will be offered. The class is designed to physically and mentally challenge practitioners, detoxify the body, and increase strenght, flexibility, and stamina while generating heat in the body. **This class will be hot
