Schedule

Yoga acts as a mirror. Each breath, each movement, reflects to us who we are and how we are moment to moment. We look into the mirror of yoga and see the places that need support and the places that need to open. The postures teach us about ourselves, markers on the map of the soul. They bless us with immediate feedback. As we move deeper into the physical and mystical teachings, we become intrepid explorers mining the terrain of body, mind, and soul.

Guidelines for Practice

  • 1.

    Place your personal items in the cubbies,including your phone, shoes, bags, purses... Feel free to bring water into the studio.
  • 2.

    We ask you to help us maintain a fragrance-free environment. Please refrain from wearing any perfumes or scented body products.
  • 3.

    An empty stomach is recommended for a comfortable class experience. Wait 2-3 hours after a meal or a half hour after a light snack or drink.
  • 4.

    We provide mats and props for use, but we recommend you have a mat of your own. We feature Manduka mats for sale in our Om Shanti boutique.
